 The following is a summary of my marketing plan for your home:

1.      Preparing Your Home. I will provide specific guidance on what you should do prior to placing your home on the Market. The goal is to get your home in top condition so that it will command a premium price. Properly staging your home before showing it to buyers will help the home sell itself.

2.     Pre-Listing Preparation. I will be a major resource providing the recommendations for some of the best service providers: staging, escrow, property inspection, home contractors, home warranty.

3.     Marketing online, Website, Internet. I will register your property in the NWMLS database which reaches all the agents in Washington State. BPSV website, reaches world- wide. Tour factory is an online tour set up to reach out to all the online search engines. (google, homedebut.com, homes.com, property pursuit, trulia.com, redfin.com, yahoo real estate and more.) Your property will be advertised 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.  

4.      Lock Box. A Supra electronic lock box will provide state-of-the-art security while ensuring your home is accessible to agents to show to their buyers. This electronic lock box allows me to find out who accessed your home and receive feedback. Statistics show that using a lock box increases the number of buyer showings by 40%.

5.      Photos. A professional photo of your property is so important in selling your home. I will provide a professional photographer who will capture ever unique image and market up to 25 photos on each website.

11.  Target Marketing. I will mail information on new listings to selected neighborhoods. Typical, move-up buyers purchase a home which costs 50% more than their current home. I will target information about your home to specific areas where qualified buyers are likely to reside.
